ABOUT RESERVATIONS ON OUR WEBSITE

 

 Do you have a free transfer airport-hotel-airport?
The transfer service is available from April to October and can only be booked through the eixhotels.com website for stays of 4 nights or more. Reservations must be made 4 days before arrival. The bus is shared with customers of other hotels and the journey can take more than 90 minutes.

 

 What time does the free transfer airport hotel airport operate?
The transfer service operates every day from April to October, every one hour, but you should arrange the pick up time with the hotel.

 

 Can I take a bicycle with me at the free airport-hotel-airport transfer?
The service includes a standard suitcase per person. The cost of the second suitcase, bicycles, computers, diving equipment, golf, etc. must be paid directly to the transport company.
The transport company will inform you of the price at the time of booking.

 

 How old do children have to be in order to stay at the hotel without paying?
Children aged 0 to 1 year old stay free of charge.

 

 Which meals are included in the half board?
Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks for dinner are paid separately.

 

 How can I change my reservation after it has been made?
Reservations must be made through the website's online form. For changes or later cancellations, you will find a link on your booking coupon. If this link does not work, you can contact us by replying to the reservation confirmation by e-mail or writing to reservasalcudia@eixhotels.com.

 

ABOUT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

 

 When can I enter the room on arrival and when do I have to leave it when my stay ends?
The check-in is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
If the room is vacant before this time, we can advance the check in.
Check-out must be done before 12:00. If you need to postpone the check-out, please contact the reception. This additional stay is always subject to availability and may incur additional costs for you.

 

 Can I check in if I arrive at the hotel after midnight?
Yes, the concierge service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

 How old do I have to be to check-in at your hotel?
The minimum age to reserve or check-in on your own is 18 years.

 

 What is the local tax I pay for each night?
There is a law according to which we have to charge a "sustainable tourism tax". All clients must pay upon arrival to the hotel for the appropriate amount, depending on the type of accommodation and the number of nights they stay in it.

The official prices per person per night from the 1st of May to the 31st of October are:
4 star and 3 star superior hotels: 3,30 €

The official prices per person and night from 1st of November to 30th of April are:
4 star and 3 star superior hotels: 0,83 €

All prices include VAT (10%). Reduction from the ninth day: 50%

Exceptions: persons under the age of 16 or persons residing in the hotel for reasons of force majeure or health, with a document indicating that health services must be provided in the Balearic Islands, or people traveling through subsidised social programs of the public administrations of a State of the European Union.

 Can I leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours at the end of my stay?
Yes, all our hotels have a free luggage room.

 How far is the hotel from the beach?
The Eix Platja Daurada is just a few steps from the beach.

 

 Is there a free Wi-Fi service?
Yes, both in the rooms and in public areas.

 

 What time is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is open from 07:30 to 10:30.

 

 What time is dinner served?
The evening buffet is open from 18:30 to 21:00.

 

 Can I rent a car at the hotel?
Yes, at the reception they can offer you contact to several car rental companies.

 

 Is there parking space near the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a small parking area for its customers and there is free parking in the streets near the hotel.

 

 Can I have dinner at the hotel if my reservation only includes breakfast?
Yes, you can easily book your dinner in the reception.

 

 Does the hotel have gluten-free or lactose-free foods and information about allergens?
Yes, there are gluten-free and lactose-free foods as well as information on all foods.
However, if you suffer from allergies or intolerances, please contact the chef of the restaurant to remind him.

 Is there a SPA in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a complete SPA and wellness center with heated pool, jets, cold pool, whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and relaxation or sports massages.

 

 What is the opening time of the SPA?
The SPA is open from 12:00 to 19:00, seven days a week.

 

 Do I have to pay to get access to the SPA?
The SPA facilities can be used by hotel guests for free. Massages are chargeable.

 

 Is there a gym in the hotel?
Yes, we have a small gym with everything you need to stay in shape.

 

 Is there a shop or a supermarket in the hotel?
Yes, there is a kids' club and children's entertainment program with professional teachers.

 

 Is the outdoor pool heated?
No, the main pool is not heated.

 

 Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has several elevators.

 

 Is there a kids club in the hotel?
No, the hotel is for adults only.

 

 Can I smoke in my room?
No, you are not allowed to smoke in the hotel rooms.

 

 Is there an internet connection with printer for customers?
Yes, there is a physical connection to the Internet. The reception staff will help you with the printing.

 Is there shampoo and gel in the rooms?
Yes, the rooms have these products so you do not have to take yours with you.

 

 Is there a fridge in the rooms?
Yes, every room has a small fridge.

 

 Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer.

 

 Does the hotel offer towels for the pool?
Yes, you will only be asked for a security deposit which will be refunded upon return of the towel.

 

 Can I rent a wheelchair at the hotel?
Yes, please specify this when booking.

 

 Can I have a cot for my baby?
Yes, please request it at the hotel.

 

 Is there a bicycle rental at the hotel?
Yes, the reception can arrange the rental of bicycles of all kinds.

 

 Can I bring my bike to my room?
You can not ride your bike to the room. The hotel has a parking lot for your bike for 1€ per day.

 

 Can I order a cake or special service for a personal celebration, birthday, honeymoon, etc.?
Yes, please specify this when making your booking.
